Their unparalleled commitment to client service and strong client communication skills ensure that each and every client fully understand all available options. Carl and Steve feel that in order to advocate for a client to the best of their ability, they need to invest the time necessary to fully understand the extent of the harms and losses a client has sustained.

The Frederick Law Firm has substantial experience dealing with clients who have claims in the following areas:

Carl and Steve Frederick’s successes in a broad range of practice areas gives them a versatility that not all personal injury attorneys possess. They are attentive to the facts of each particular case, but also able to see how the case fits into the broader perspective and policy rationales behind Kentucky tort law. This gives them unique insights into the best strategies to employ for the facts and law that are relevant to your specific case. Importantly, it also allows them to identify all potential causes of action you may be able to bring in order to recover added compensation for the harms and losses you have suffered.
